Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of OXY Clips, a service of OXY ALGO (“OXY”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

OXY processes video and audio you send us to create short clips, lets you review and change them, and, if you connect social accounts, schedules them for you. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the service until we release them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Plans, credits and billing

• Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Credits are used for episodes, edits and new clips at the rates shown on the pricing page. Plan credits are added at the start of each billing period. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
• We do not charge credits for a render we fail to complete.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscriptions.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you send us and every clip we make from it. You give us permission to process, store, edit and, when you ask, publish it, only to provide the service to you. See Content rights.

Publishing

When you approve and schedule a clip, we publish it to the accounts you connected through our publishing partner. Platforms set their own rules and may reject or remove content. We are not responsible for platform decisions, outages or account actions.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable use policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.

No guarantees of results

We work hard to pick strong moments, but we do not promise views, followers, revenue or any particular result.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts for non-payment or serious breaches of these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
