OXY Clips

Legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026.
Draft for attorney review. This page describes how OXY Clips works today and is not final legal advice.

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email and, if you link it, your Telegram account.
  • Your content: the episodes you send, their transcripts, and the clips we create.
  • Your settings: brand preferences, posting times, standing instructions and which clips you approve or reject.
  • Billing: plan and payment status from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Connected accounts: the social accounts you connect, through our publishing partner. We do not receive your social media passwords.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to make, edit and schedule your clips, to improve the picks we make for your account, to bill you, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train models for other customers.

AI processing

Transcripts of your content are processed by AI models (including models provided by Anthropic) to find moments and understand your edit requests. Your content is only used to serve your account.

Who we share with

Service providers who help us run OXY: hosting, AI processing, payments (Stripe), publishing (our social publishing partner), and email. They may only use data to provide their service to us.

Retention

Original episode files are kept for a short period so you can edit clips, then deleted. Clips and settings are kept while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can update your settings, disconnect social accounts, export or delete your data by contacting us.
