OXY Clips

Legal

Content rights

Last updated October 2026.
Draft for attorney review. This page describes how OXY Clips works today and is not final legal advice.

You own your content

Everything you send OXY, and every clip OXY makes from it, belongs to you (or to whoever you licensed it from).

What you confirm

  • You own the content you send, or have permission to use it this way.
  • Everyone who appears in it, including guests and co-hosts, has agreed that it can be clipped and posted, or you have the right to decide that for them.
  • Music, footage or other material in your content can be used in short clips on the platforms you publish to.

What you allow us to do

Process, transcribe, cut, caption, store and, when you schedule it, publish your content to your connected accounts, only to provide OXY to you.

If there is a problem

If someone tells us content on OXY infringes their rights, we may pause processing or publishing and contact you. Contact us to report a rights issue.
